What happens if there is a power outage?

If there is a power outage, you will not be able to open the door remotely if you have purchased the *Remote Control Jumper, but you can always open the door remotely from your phone. The lock is battery operated so regardless of the power outage it will continue to operate and respond to opening commands from your phone or our integrated coder.

How does the door rattle work?

We built a feature that opens the door in a flash when you are at the door in the app and give your phone a knock. There is no faster way to open the door than this.

How is Pro Lock connected to my phone remotely?

If you purchased a *Remote Control Bridge with your Pro Lock, you can easily connect the lock to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. Plug the bridge into a power outlet, pair it with the app via our guide , and you're ready to go!

What happens if the batteries die?

The smart lock will let you know when the batteries are low, and will beep. And because the smart lock doesn't sit on the outside of the door or replace the existing cylinder, your keys will always work, too.

How does sharing keys to people on the phone work?

Share through the Pro app to make sure everyone can get in. You can share the Pro lock with up to 50 people and revoke access at any time.
