Login via personal code - up to 200 codes can be set.
You can choose between a permanent code (for family members and regular people), a temporary code, a one-time code (changes every minute), and a recurring code that operates at fixed times of the week (for example, every Wednesday and Thursday between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM).

What if I have a problem with the intercom? Who do I contact for service?

Do the intercoms work on Wi-Fi or are they wired?

We have intercom systems tailored to your every need. Whether you need a wireless or wired connection, our intercom systems are suitable for every use.

Is facial recognition technology safe?

Our intercom system’s facial recognition technology uses 3D dots on the face to verify that it’s a real person and not a photo or fake. The data is highly secure and encrypted when stored in the cloud, so you can rest assured that your privacy and security are fully protected.

What if I don't have intercom infrastructure at my gate?

No problem! Our intercom systems include wireless options that do not require a wired infrastructure. If you prefer, we also provide custom infrastructure installation services to ensure a stable and advanced wired connection at your gate. This way, you can choose the solution that best suits your needs.

How does the entry/exit log work?

When you log in to the app, Bio Plus Lock will update your entry and exit log to show past events that have occurred since you last checked the log. You can see who locked or unlocked the door, when it happened, and what method they used (app, fingerprint, code). You can also see a record of break-in attempts and 5 consecutive failed access attempts.

How does the one-time code work?

Every 4 hours, Bio Plus Lock generates several random access codes that can each be used once. You don't need Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to generate the code. Simply go to the app > Manage codes > Generate code > One-time code, and the app will generate the code for you. Now remember it or share the address!

How does sharing access to the gate from the app work?

Share via the Control app to make sure everyone can get in. You can share the smart lock with up to 50 people and revoke access at any time.

We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty and full support.

Does the intercom system have night vision?

Yes, our system has infrared night vision capability (the only one in the country), so visitors can be clearly seen even in low light conditions.
